Nadji noted that the perception of the commercial real estate industry has been skewed due to the issues surrounding office buildings. He emphasized the transformation of retail spaces, stating, "We refer to retail as the new apartments and offices." Over the past two decades, retail real estate has faced significant pressure from the rise of e-commerce, prompting the industry to innovate and renovate. This evolution has enabled retail properties to adapt and thrive in a new market landscape.
