Dunmor, a private real estate lender that leverages technology to streamline its operations, has finalized a deal to move its headquarters to Tempe, Arizona. The company will set up shop inside Horizon Bay, a commercial property owned by Silver Creek Development.
The lease covers 9,365 square feet of office space. CBRE handled the transaction on behalf of the landlord. Dunmor will occupy one of the building's available floors, giving the firm room to house its growing team and support its lending operations across the region.
The decision to plant roots in Tempe reflects a broader trend of financial and real estate firms migrating to the Phoenix metropolitan area. Lower operating costs, a deep talent pool, and proximity to major transportation corridors have made the East Valley an attractive destination for companies that once favored more expensive coastal markets.
Horizon Bay offers modern amenities and flexible floor plates designed for professional services tenants. Silver Creek Development has positioned the property to draw exactly this kind of user: established firms seeking quality space without the premium pricing found in nearby Scottsdale or downtown Phoenix.
For Dunmor, the move signals confidence in the local market and a desire to be closer to the borrowers and partners it serves. The company expects to complete its transition in the coming months.
