Quality Packaging, Inc. has completed the acquisition of two manufacturing facilities in West Bend, Wisconsin. The deal, which closed recently, adds roughly 150,000 square feet of combined space to the company's operations. The two buildings are now running under the QPI banner as the company's West Bend, Wisconsin location.
Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The purchase marks a notable step in the company's ongoing effort to grow its production capacity in the region. By bringing both facilities under its control, QPI gains additional room for packaging operations and positions itself to serve a broader base of customers across the Midwest.
The West Bend site joins a network that has steadily expanded in recent years. Company representatives said the transition has gone smoothly and that operations at the two buildings are underway. Hiring and equipment plans for the location were not immediately available.
The acquisition reflects continued demand for packaging services and the company's interest in securing industrial space in Wisconsin. QPI has not announced any further purchases at this time.
