A fresh batch of home sales across Northern Colorado was released this week, showing steady activity in the region's residential market. The transactions were compiled from public records and provided by a local listing service that tracks completed deals.

In Fort Collins, a three-bedroom ranch on the west side sold for $485,000. The property, located on a quiet cul-de-sac near Overland Trail, included a finished basement and a detached two-car garage. The buyer was a young family moving from Denver, according to the filing.

Loveland saw a mix of older and newer homes change hands. A 1970s split-level on the north end went for $412,500, while a recently built townhome near the Centerra area closed at $389,900. Both sales were financed with conventional mortgages, with 20 percent down payments.

Greeley recorded the highest volume of closings for the week, with eight homes sold. Prices ranged from a modest $295,000 starter home in the west part of town to a larger five-bedroom property near the University of Northern Colorado that fetched $560,000. Several of these sales were all-cash offers, a trend that local agents say is becoming more common.

Windsor and Johnstown each had a handful of transactions, mostly in newer subdivisions. A corner lot home in Windsor sold for $475,000, while a two-story in Johnstown's Thompson River Ranch closed at $498,000.
