RevKo Commercial Real Estate is bringing a major new manufacturing destination to North Houston. AeroPoint 1960, a 457,000-square-foot industrial campus, is set to rise along the Interstate 1960 corridor, a location chosen for its access to major highways, freight routes, and a growing skilled workforce in the region.
The project is designed to serve aerospace, aviation, and advanced manufacturing tenants. According to the developer, the campus will offer flexible floor plates, high clear heights, and heavy power capacity, features meant to accommodate modern production lines and large-scale assembly operations. Site plans also include room for outdoor storage and dedicated truck courts.
Construction is expected to begin in phases, with the first buildings scheduled for completion in late 2027. RevKo says the development responds to strong demand for industrial space in North Houston, where vacancy rates have remained low and leasing activity has stayed steady.
Local officials welcomed the announcement, noting the potential for job creation and new investment in the area. The campus could attract suppliers and logistics firms looking to be near existing aerospace and energy clusters. RevKo has not yet named any tenants, but said talks with several prospective occupants are underway.
