The following is a list of all real estate transactions recorded in Hopkinton over the past week, as filed with the state.
A condominium at 3 Spruce Street, Unit 81, sold for $978,000 on July 17. The sellers were Narender Pathange and Parvati Pathange, with Santosh Gorityala and Sathya Vuppala as the buyers.
On July 20, a unit at 3 Hoyt Way, Unit 3, changed hands for $1,275,000. Sung Norman and Lawrence Norman sold the property to Jay Willadsen and Kristy Willadsen.
A single-family home at 36 Chestnut Street was purchased for $800,000 on July 21. Judith Balunas sold the property to Morgan Brooks and Marielle Fountain.
Also on July 21, 164 East Main Street sold for $755,000. Kip Gerenda and Jessica Gerenda were the sellers, and Kyle Cunningham was the buyer.
On July 22, 10 Benson Road went for $1,185,000. Brian Thomson and Cynthia Gerace sold the home to Mirza Abbas and Mariyam Fathima.
That same day, 128 Fruit Street sold for $927,500. Colleen Worrell and Sterling Worrell sold the property to Martin Anderson and Bridget Anderson.
A condominium at 4 Grandview Drive, Unit 16, sold for $1,300,000 on July 23. The sellers were Nitinchandra Avlani, Kiran Avlani, and Dhaval Avlani. Surbhi Jain and Aditya Bhansali were the buyers.
The highest sale of the week was 10 Fitch Avenue, which sold for $2,536,765 on July 23. Toll Northeast V Corp sold the property to Dhaval Avlani and Kripa Avlani.
